Configurable 1MHz Rad-Hard PWM Controller

The AFP1422 is a configurable 1 MHz radiation-hardened pulse width modulation (PWM) controller with four integrated low-side drivers optimized for controlling GaN and Si based MOSFETs. It can support buck, interleaved buck, flyback and forward topologies.

This PWM controller utilizes rad-hard by process (RHBP) and rad-hard by design (RHBD) techniques to withstand the harsh radiation environment of space without compromising performance.
