Plano, Texas — Apogee Semiconductor, a provider of technologies and products for space and other extreme environments, announced today that four members of the AP54RHC RadHard Logic Family are now available at Mouser Electronics.

“We worked with Mouser Electronics to make the AP54RHC506 5-Channel transceiver, AP54RHC301 Dual 3-input majority voter, AP54RHC504 5-Channel level translator and AP54RHC505 5-Channel level translator with bus-holds available at mouser.com”, stated Anton Quiroz, CEO. “We are excited to work with Mouser as they provide customers quick access to silicon for evaluation”.

The AP54RHC family of products are built with cold-sparing capabilities and triple-redundancy providing maximum reliability and area savings. The AP54RHC family is tailored to small satellite applications with a Total Ionizing Dose (TID) resilience of 30krad(Si) and Single Event Latch-up (SEL) hardened up to 80 MeV-cm2/mg, encapsulated in a 14-pin TSSOP plastic package.

The AP54RHC family includes functions such as level-translators, majority voters, transceivers and logic gates. Evaluation and flight units are available now.
